Experts debate the “squishy science” of food allergies

The dialogue continues about a recent Stanford study showing that no clear agreement exists on what a food allergy is – and suggesting that food allergies are misdiagnosed. In the New York Times’ Room for Debate feature, six experts discuss the study and what accounts for the reported increase in allergies in this country.
