Boston radio station creates blog celebrating stories of random acts of kindness

Here's a feel-good story to kick off your Friday: A social media producer at Boston radio station WBUR has created a blog that curates messages about random acts of kindness. The site is called Kind World and it invites the public to call 617-651-0909 and leave a voicemail detailing good deeds and charitable acts.

In this message, a Watertown, Mass. man recounts a story about his neighbors' kindness during his wife's battle with cancer. Make sure to grab a tissue before hitting play.
