Several studies, including one at the University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, have found physical activity that gets your heart pumping (not just weight lifting or other low-impact exercises) increases endurance and intelligence.
New evidence confirms quickening your pace makes you even more brilliant. Researchers at the National Cheng Kung University found:
Mice who raced on the treadmills showed evidence of molecular changes in several portions of their brains when viewed under a microscope, while the voluntary wheel-runners had changes in only one area.
