I am admittedly very late to seeing this post, but ReadWriteWeb posted an excellent list of bloggers and Twitter users discussing HIV/AIDS. (The post was designed for World AIDS Day.)
In addition to highlighting four bloggers, the post points readers to: (1) a Twitter list of people who live with HIV/AIDS and of people who treat, advocate for or work with HIV/AIDS patients; and (2) a 12-blog feed of blogs authored by people living with and writing about HIV/AIDS.
