NPR Web chat to focus on future of health reform

President Obama is giving his State of the Union address in a few hours, and we'll likely hear quite a bit about his new plans for health care. Tomorrow during a live Web chat, NPR reporters Scott Horsley and Julie Rovner will discuss what we heard, and what it means for the future of health reform.
