Image of the Week: 3D radiology image of the lung

This image of a lung that was made in Stanford's Radiology 3D Imaging Laboratory. Computed tomography was used to scan the side of the lungs and the upper torso. More 3D radiology pictures can be found in a set on the Stanford Medicine Flickr photo stream.
