Back in November, I mentioned a provision in the health-reform bill that would benefit working moms who breastfeed. Now that the dust has settled and the specifics of what President Obama just enacted into law are emerging, I'm happy to report that this provision made the final cut. This means that companies with 50 or more employees will now be required to provide breaks for employees to express milk and to provide a private location (not a bathroom!) where women can do so. All I can say about this: It's about time!
