The clock is ticking on the deadline to submit your favorite medical blogs for Medgadget's 2010 Medical Weblog Awards. Nominations are being accepted here until midnight on Sunday. Here's how it works:
When nominating, please indicate the blog's name and URL, nominating category, as well as your thoughts why this particular blog deserves recognition. A blog can participate in more than one category, so please be precise which one(s). When we have all the nominees, Medgadget editors and Dr. Allen Roberts from GruntDoc will sort through all the blogs, and we will select up to five blogs in each category based on merit, and on our own internal voting results.
Medgadget established the contest seven years ago to highlight the best writers in the medical blogosphere across even categories including Best Medical Weblog, Best Patient's Blog and Best Health Policies/Ethics Weblog. Last year, Scope was voted Best New Medical Weblog.
The finalists will be announced on Monday and the polls will open on January 27.
Previously: Scope is a Medgadget 2009 Medical Weblog Award finalist and Scope named "Best New Medical Weblog" in the Medgadget Medical Weblog Awards
