Earlier this week, we shared a photo of pediatric patients participating in Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital annual Trick-or-Treat Trail. Today, the hospital released a short video featuring additional photos and comments from patients and staff about the event.
Since parents are sometimes not able to stay full-time during a child's long illness, the staff created the "trick or tweet" campaign to allow loved ones who can't be there in person to share the experience. During the Halloween party, staff tweeted snapshots of kids in costume and posted them on the @PackardHospital feed.
