Obama reaffirms commitment to health reform – but does Congress care?

In case you missed the State of the Union last night, Kaiser Health News provides a transcript of the health-related portion of President Obama's address; it also compares his words with remarks he made before a joint session of Congress last Feb. While the take-away message is clear - Obama remains committed to passing health reform and doesn't want Congress to "walk away" from the issue - the prospects for major reform don't appear any sunnier after his talk.
