A recent post on the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media blog showcases the group's efforts to use social media to promote organ and tissue donation. One of the projects they developed was a video booth in which transplant recipients shared their stories. This video made by Joe Stott, a heart transplant recipient, is particularly touching (you'll see what I mean about 29 seconds into the video).
