Arianna Huffington: Sleep is key to a better life

In this fun - and funny - recently posted TEDWomen video, Arianna Huffington, author and founder of The Huffington Post, shares with the audience the value of a good night's sleep. Explaining that she once collapsed from exhaustion, she said she learned the hard way that "the way to a more productive, more inspired, more joyful life is getting enough sleep."

Sleep experts, of course, would agree with her: Extensive research has shown that chronic sleep deprivation can lead to mental impairment and a variety of other health problems.
